11,000 tpd kiln line for Cong Thanh Cement

Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam. The Cong Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company of Vietnam has contracted Polysius to construct a new 11,000 tpd kiln line at their cement factory in the province of Thanh Hoa in Northern Vietnam.

 

The kiln system itself consists of a 5-stage, 2-string DOPOL® ’90 preheater with PREPOL®-AS-CC calcining system, the rotary kiln (7.2/6.2 m in diameter and 90 m long) and a POLYTRACK® clinker cooler.

 

After the new line is commissioned in 2012, the factory will be one of the biggest cement production plants in Asia.
